In addition to technical design and production, my years of experience in business and management play an integral role in the growth and development of P-delta. My focus is on customer and employee needs, and participation as a key part of multiple firms involved in structural steel and reinforced concrete design and fabrication gives me a unique perspective on production and installation of reinforced concrete materials.
